Shredders are used in the plastic recycling industry, commonly for crushing large-diameter PE plastic pipes, bundled plastic films, stacks of plastic sheets, and machine head stock. Applications of shredders generally include: shredding substandard products into smaller pieces for recycling; reducing the volume of unprocessed raw materials for mixing with other materials; shredding organic matter to produce biofuels; and shredding some textile materials for fiber reuse, such as carpet shredding.
Xrido shredders use heavy-duty moving blades. Both the moving and fixed blades are made of alloy steel, making them sturdy and long-lasting. The thick iron frame plate can withstand high torque, making it very robust, easy to adjust, low in maintenance costs, economical, and durable. The technology used in Ruiguang shredders ensures that materials are thoroughly and effectively crushed within the crushing chamber during operation. This results in high output, low energy consumption, uniform fine crushing of the output material, and the entire system is equipped with a dust removal device to minimize dust pollution during production. Customers experience low noise, simple operation, and convenient maintenance when using the shredder. As a shredder equipment manufacturer, Xrido Machinery always adheres to the "customer first" philosophy. Based on research into product processes and construction techniques, Xrido continuously increases its technological research to provide users with customized, high-quality, and cost-effective shredder equipment. Simultaneously, it continuously optimizes and upgrades its product services and was the first in the industry to launch the "Wholehearted" service brand, providing users with personalized and attentive full lifecycle value-added services, working hand in hand with users to create a better future. What are the startup steps for a shredder?
Xrido will provide you with a detailed introduction:
1. Run the shredder motor under no-load. If all parts are in normal technical condition, wait until the speed is normal before starting under load.
2. During shredder operation, there should be no jamming or friction noises.
3. The screen must be securely installed, sealed, and leak-proof. The screen frame must be firmly secured.
4. If abnormal noises, discharge blockages, or overheating of the bearings or motor are found during the operation of the shredder, feeding should be stopped, the machine stopped, and the problem investigated and rectified.
5. After finishing work, run the machine idle for 2-3 minutes to completely expel material before stopping the crusher and blower.
6. Strictly adhere to safety regulations during operation. Do not arbitrarily increase the shredder's speed. Regularly inspect the cotter pins on the shafts; replace them immediately if excessively worn, broken, or peeling.
With the rapid development of my country's social economy, the acceleration of urbanization, and the rapid improvement of people's living standards, the amount of waste generated in urban production and daily life has increased rapidly. The land occupation and environmental pollution caused by domestic waste, as well as its impact on people's health, are becoming increasingly apparent.
